| Abstract: | A HPLC method has been developed for the assay of esculetin in the Fulinkang under following conditions:ODS column, mobile phase acetonitrile 0 17% phosphoric acid(8∶92 in volume rate, pH=3 0±0 1 adjusted by triethylamine). A good linear relationship between the peak area and the esculetin content was found in the range of 0 021 56～0 215 6 μg( r =0 999 9). The average recovery was 97 7% with RSD of 1 6%. This method was adequately sensitive and suitable for the quality control of Fulinkang. |
