芦荟大黄素对硬皮病成纤维细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:目的探讨芦荟大黄素对系统性硬皮病患者皮肤成纤维细胞增殖的影响。方法以不同浓度的芦荟大黄素处理体外培养的成纤维细胞,显微镜下观察成纤维细胞生长状况并摄片;用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)方法测定芦荟大黄素对成纤维细胞增殖的影响。结果荟大黄素对硬皮病成纤维细胞的增殖具有显著的抑制作用。结论芦荟大黄素可显著的抑制硬皮病成纤维细胞的生长,降低成纤维细胞的增殖指数并诱导其调亡。

Effects of aloe-emodin on the Proliferation of Systemic Scleroderma Skin Fibroblasts

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of aloe-emodin on the Proliferation of systemic scleroderma (SSc) skin fibroblasts. Methods Different concentration of aloe-emodin was used to treat the cultured fibroblasts. The growth of the cells was observed under inverted phase contrast microscope and the results were pho- tographed. The Proliferation of fibroblasts was examined by methyl-thiazolyl-tetrazolium (MTT) assay. Results Aloe-emodin could significantly inhibit the proliferation of the cultured SSc skin fibroblasts. Conclusions Aloe-emodin inhibits the growth of SSc skin fibroblasts. Significantly decreases the proliferation index and induces the apoptosis of cultured fibroblasts.
