| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤（Diffuse axonal injury,DAI）的临床诊断,以及综合治疗对预后的影响.方法 回顾性分析56例DAI病人的致病原因、临床资料和影像学特点.结果 56例DAI伤者中预后良好26例,植物状态10例,死亡20例.结论 DAI是常见的弥漫性脑损伤,综合早期诊治Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型患者是临床治疗的重点.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis and the relationship between the treatment and outcome in the trauma of diffuse axonal injury. Methods The clinic date of 56 DAI patients was analyzed retrospectively.Results Among these cases,20 died,10 were vegteative state,26 were good. Conclusion It is considered that DAI is a common and primary brain injury. Early diagnosis and multi-measure in the management of II/III type patients take a more important role. |
