2007年杭州市某中学教师健康状况分析

目的通过我院体检中心对杭州市某中学2007年教师健康体检结果的分析，确定危害职工身心健康的主要危险因素．为有针对性地制定健康教育措施提供依据。方法综合2007年的教师体检报告，找出患病率较高的疾病种类，分析其年龄段分布情况。结果患病率较高的疾病由高到低依次为：高脂血症（31.3％）、心电图异常（29．2％）、脂肪肝（15．4％）、肥胖（12．6％）、高尿酸血症（10．6％）、高血压（9．2％）、血糖偏高（8．1％）和乙肝病毒携带者（7．2％）。年龄分布以60岁及以上人群检出率最高，40～49岁次之。结论与行为生活方式有关的慢性非传染性疾病成为威胁教师身体健康的主要危险因素。应通过多种形式的健康教育活动增强教师的自我保健意识．提高教师的生活质量。

Analysis of Physical Examination of the Teachers in a Middle School of Hangzhou in 2007

OBJECTIVE To analyze the results of physical examination of the teachers in a middie school in Hangzhou in 2007, make sure the main risk factors influenced the health of the staff, and provide reference for taking effective measures of health education. METHODES Physical examination records of staff in an organization in 2007 were collected and analyzed. RESULTS The diseases and symptoms with high positive rate in order were hyperlipidemia（31.3%）, abnormity of electrocardiogram（29.2%）, fatty liver（15.4%）, obesity（12.6%）, hyperurieaeidemia（10.6%）, hyperglycemia（8.1%）, hypertension（9.2%）, and chronic hepatitis B virus carrier（7.2%）. The prevalence rates in group wit the age t〉60 years old were higher than those in group with age 40-49 years old. CONCLUSIONS Chronic non infectious diseases related to life styles became one of the major risk factors endangering staffs health. Health education should be performed to enhance employees＇ self health care consciousness and the quality of life.
