老年患者肾移植20例分析

目的 探讨老年患者肾移植的疗效。方法 将1998年9月至2000年6月间60岁以上的肾移植患者20例进行分析。结果 术后发生并发症6例(30％);排斥反应4例(20％),2例(10％)死于心力衰竭。余18例人肾均成活。结论 60岁以上的老年患者可安全成功的接受肾移植;感染及心血管并发症是导致患者死亡的主要原因;受者适应征及免疫抑制剂的合理应用是提高长期存活的关键。

Kidney transplantation in 20 aged patients

Objective To investigate the effect of kidney transplantation in aged patient. Methods 20 patients over to jears old who received kidney transplantation were studied. Results Postoperative complication occured in 6 patients(30%), reject reaction occurred in 4 patients(20%) ,2 patients( 10% ) died of cardiac iuilure, and the kidneys of the others are still alive. Conclusion The patients over 60 years old can receive kidney transplantation successfully; The main reasons leading to death were cardiac complication and infection; The indication of recipients and using of immunosuppressive agent proprely is the key to prolong the surrival time.
