黛力新联合奥氮平治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床研究

目的探讨黛力新联合奥氮平治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的疗效。方法将80例PSD患者随机分为黛力新合并小剂量奥氮平组(40例)和黛力新组(40例)。在治疗前和治疗后第1、2、4、8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效,并观察两组药物的不良反应。结果治疗第8周末,黛力新联合奥氮平组与黛力新组总有效率分别为92.5%与80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后第1、2、4周末HAMD评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不良反应均较轻。结论黛力新联合奥氮平治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效确定,副作用小。

Clinical study on Deanxit plus low-dose Olanzapine in the treatment of post-stroke depression

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Deanxit combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD). Methods Eighty patients with PSD were randomly divided into treatment group(Deanxit plus low-dose Olanzapine) and control group(Deanxit).At 1,2,4,8 weeks before and after the treatment,the efficacy was assessed with HAMD,meanwhile the side effects were observed. Results The total effective rate was 92.5% and 80% in the treatment group and the control group,respectively,and the difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05).HAMD score of the treatment group decreased significantly compared to the control group at 1,2,4 weeks after the treatment,the difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment. Conclusion Deanxit combined with Olanzapine are effective and clinical side effects were less in treating acute brain infarction.
