倍他乐克联合参松养心胶囊治疗室性早搏的临床研究

目的观察倍他乐克联合参松养心胶囊治疗室性早搏的疗效。方法将94例室性早搏患者随机分为对照组给予倍他乐克治疗,与观察组给予倍他乐克联合参松养心胶囊治疗,每组47例,两组疗程均为4周,观察并比较两组心电图及临床症状的改善情况。结果早搏疗效:观察组有效率为94.36%,对照组有效率为71.59%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心电图ST-T判定心肌缺血改善情况,观察组有效率为91.49%,对照组有效率为72.34%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论倍他乐克联合参松养心胶囊治疗室性早搏的疗效明显高于单用倍他乐克,临床症状明显改善。

Clinical study of metoprolol combined Shensongyangxin capsule in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions

Objective To observe the efficacy of metoprolol combined chiefs of Shensongyangxin capsule in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions. Methods 94 cases of PVC were randomly divided into control group (metoprolol group) with the observation group (metoprolol joint Shensongyangxin capsule group),47 cases in each group were treated for 4 weeks,to observe and were compared between the two groups to improve the situation of the ECG and clinical symptoms. Results Premature efficacy of observation group was 94.36%,and the control group was 71.59%,the difference between two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05); ECG ST-T to determine the myocardial ischemia to improve the situation markedly effective rate was 70.21% in the observation group. The total effective rate was 91.49%,markedly effective rate was 48.94% in the control group,the total effective rate was 72.34 percent respectively,there were significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Betaloc joint parameters loose Shensongyangxin capsule the efficacy of treatment of premature ventricular contractions was significantly higher than with metoprolol significant improvement in clinical symptoms.
