循证护理对利卡汀联合TACE治疗肝癌患者的影响

目的:探讨循证护理对碘(131I)美妥昔单抗注射液(利卡汀)联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗肝癌患者的的影响.方法:将62 例肝癌患者随机分为实验组32例和对照组30例.实验组给予循证护理,对照组给予常规护理.干预2周后比较两组护理前后汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分情况及临床疗效.结果:实验组护理后HAMA评分为(7.51±2.65)分,对照组为(9.02±2.78)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组治疗有效率为87.5%,对照组为63.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:循证护理可明显缓解利卡汀联合TACE治疗肝癌患者的焦虑情绪,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用.

Impact of evidence-based nursing care in the treatment of liver cancer patients with Licartin combined with TACE

Objective:To investigate the impact of evidence-based nursing care in the treatment of liver cancer patients with Licartin combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods:62 liver cancer patients were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=32) and a control group(n=30).The patients in the experimental group received the evidence-based nursing care and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.After the intervention for 2 weeks,HAMA scores and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after nursing care.Results:The HAMA scores were(7.51±2.65) in the experimental group and(9.02±2.78) in the control group respectively,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the effective rate was 87.5% and 63.3% in the experimental group and in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing care can significantly relieve patient’s anxiety and improve clinical curative effect in the treatment of liver cancer patients with Licartin combined with TACE.
