| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同部位檀香总黄酮的含量,为其综合利用提供依据。方法定期采集檀香不同部位样品,以芦丁为对照品,紫外-可见光光度法在500nm处测定其总黄酮含量。结果檀香叶、嫩枝、树干的总黄酮含量分别为5.42%、2.38%、0.72%。结论檀香叶和嫩枝总黄酮含量均较高,可考虑综合利用。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the total flavnoids in different parts of Santalum album.Provide the basis for the comprehensive utilization of Santalum album. Methods Collected the samples of different parts of Santalum album regularly,the contents of total flavonoids in Santalum album was determined by means of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy at 500nm. Results The content of total flavnoids in leaves is 5.42%,2.38% in delicate brances and 0.72% in trunks. Conclusions The content of total flavnoids in the leaves and delicate brances are higher,and can be useful. |
