宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤87例临床分析

目的探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的疗效及可靠性。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2008年1月～2011年1月87例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者行宫腔镜电切术治疗的临床资料。本组0型58例,占66.7%;Ⅰ型21例,占24.1%;Ⅱ型8例,占9.2%。观察手术时间、术中出血量及术后情况。结果 87例宫腔镜电切术均一次成功完成,无严重并发症发生。手术时间5～45min,平均(20.0±3.5)min;术中出血10～120mL,平均(55.0±4.2)mL。术后随访1年,均未发现有肌瘤复发,月经恢复正常。结论宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤是安全、有效、可行的,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical analysis on the application of hysteroscopic elctro-surgery in the treatment of 87 cases with submucous uterine myoma

Objective The curative effect of hysteroscopic electro-surgery in treating the cases with submucous uterine myoma is discussed in this paper. Methods The clinical data about 87 cases with submucous uterine myoma treated with hysteroscopic electro-surgery in Shantou Central Hospital from January 2008 to January 2011 was retrospectively analyzed. Among 87 cases,58(66.7%)were with type 0;21(24.1%)were with type Ⅰ ;8(9.2%) were with type Ⅱ. The operating time,perioperative bleeding and postoperative condition of these cases were observed. Results Hysteroscopic electro-surgery was successfully implemented once for all 87 cases with submucous uterine myoma,and no serious complications were found to appear. The operating time was 5-45 min and the average was (20.0±3.5) min. Perioperative bleeding was about 10-120 mL and the average was (55.0±4.2) mL. These cases after operation were visited continuously for one year,in which no recurrence of myoma was found to appear and also their menstruation returned to normal again. Conclusion The application of hysteroscopic electro-surgery in the treatment of cases with submucous uterine myoma is safe,effective and feasible,and therefore is worth promoting in the clinical field.
