面部小切口在颧骨颧弓骨折内固定术中的应用

目的探讨面部小切口切开复位,小钛板坚强内固定治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的方法和疗效评估。方法 30例颧骨颧弓骨折患者,采用头面部小切口完成骨折复位及钛板坚强内固定。结果所有患者创口均Ⅰ期愈合,无术后并发症发生,面部外形及功能恢复满意。结论面部小切口结合钛板坚强内固定治疗颧骨颧弓骨折,具有切口隐蔽、安全、固定可靠及患者满意的治疗效果。

The clinical application of face small incision in zygoma and zygomatic arch fracture operation

Objective To evaluate face small incision approach in the treatment of zygoma and zygomatic arch fracture. Methods 30 fracture had been treated through face small incision.Results All these cases were healed successfully at stageⅠ.No complication existed among the cases after the opertion.Facial shape and function were both recovered. Conclusion The face small incision can be applied to the patients with zygoma and zygomatic arch fracture during operation and ideal postoperative aesthetic effectct was achieved.
