消化系统肿瘤患者血低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的观察与分析

目的测定消化系统肿瘤患者血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和血脂含量，探讨其水平变化的临床意义。方法采用单克隆抗体浊度法测定了466例肿瘤患者和188例健康者的血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平，以痛理诊断为金标准。结果与健康对照组比较，大肠癌组、肝癌组和胃癌组血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇平均水平均高于健康对照组，差异有显著意义（P〈0．01，0．05），而食管癌组的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。依以上次序，其灵敏度为46．3％、36．5％、41．4％、26．5％，特异度依次为61．6％、62．7％、65．3％和74．8％。结论低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的检测有助于消化系统肿瘤患者辅助诊断及监测。

The observation and Analysis of Plasma Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with Gastrointestinal Cancer

Objective To study the changes and clinical signitleances of plasma, Low- density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with gas- trointestinal cancer. Methods Monoclonal_antibody turbidimetry methods were used respectively to detect the plasma Low - density lipoprotein cholesterol in 466 tumor patients and 188 healthy persons. Results The average level of plasma low density lipoprotein cholesterol of large in- testine, liver and stomach cancers were higher than that of healthy persons. The results had significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. And that of esophageal cancer had no significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. And their sensitivities were 46.3 % （large intestinal cancer）, 36.5 % （Liver can- cer）, 41.4 % （ stomach cancer） and 26.5 % （esophagealeancer） respetively, Their speeificities were 61.1%, 62.7 %, 65.3 %, and 74.8 % respectively. Conclusion plasma Low - density lipoprotein cholesterol could be an assistant guideline of diagnosis and monitoring marker in pa- tients with gastrointestinal cancer.
