优质护理服务对PICC患者心理健康状况及护理满意度的影响

目的:探讨优质护理服务对临床PICC患者心理健康状况及护理满意度的影响.方法:本组行PICC治疗者213例.其中将我院开展"优质护理服务示范"活动期间收治的110例患者设为干预组,将开展此项活动前收治的103例患者设为对照组.对照组采用常规护理,干预组实施优质护理服务.采用问卷调查法对患者进行调查,并分析两组患者的心理状况及护理满意度.结果:两组患者对护理工作的满意度和护理后SCL-90评分比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:优质护理服务能有效提高护理工作质量和效率,改善PICC患者的心理状况,提高患者对护理工作的满意程度.

Effect of high quality nursing services on the psychological health status and contentment with nursing services of PICC patients

Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing services on the psychological health status and contentment with nursing services of patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods:The PICC was performed in 213 patients.110 patients who underwent PICC during "high quality nursing services demonstration" activities in our hospital were taken as the intervention group and other 103 patients with PICC before the activities were taken as the control group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the intervention group received high quality nursing services.The questionnaire survey was conducted on the patients,and then the psychological health status and contentment with nursing services of the patients in the two groups were analyzed.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the patient contentment and the scores of SCL-90 after nursing care between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The high quality nursing services can increase the nursing quality and efficiency;improve the psychological health status of the patients and their contentment with nursing care.
