| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对胸腔注射顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液患者的影响.方法:将60例胸腔注射顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组给予精心的护理干预,对照组采用常规的护理措施.结果:实验组总有效率达70.00%,而对照组总有效率为56.67%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:胸腔内注入顺铂结合护理干预治疗恶性胸腔积液,其疗效好,不良反应少,值得在临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the Impact of nursing intervention on the patients with malignant pleural effusion treated with intrapleural injection of cisplatin.Methods: 60 patients who were treated with intrapleural injection of cisplatin were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group(30 cases in each group).The patients in the experimental group were given meticulous nursing intervention and the routine nursing measures were taken in the control group.Results: The total effective rate was 70.00% in the experimental group and 56.67% in the control group;the difference in the comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Intrapleural injection of cisplatin combined with nursing intervention has the good curative effect and less adverse reaction in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. |
