| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨PDCA循环居家护理在代谢综合征患者中的应用方法及临床效果。方法:将106例代谢综合征患者随机分为观察组与对照组各53例,观察组采用PDCA循环居家护理,对照组采用一般家庭护理。比较两组患者干预后治疗依从性、生活质量及心脑血管并发症发生情况。结果:观察组干预后治疗依从性、生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:实施PDCA循环居家护理可提高代谢综合征患者的治疗依从性,降低并发症发生率,改善生活质量,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application method and clinical effect of PDCA type home care in the patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods:106 patients with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(53 cases in each group).The PDCA type home care was carried out in the observation group and general home care was used in the control group.The treatment compliance,the quality of life of patients and the incidence of cardiovascular complications were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:The treatment compliance and quality of life of patients were better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of PDCA type home care can enhance the treatment compliance,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients with metabolic syndrome as well. |
