早期护理干预在门诊甲亢患者治疗中的应用效果观察

目的:探讨早期护理干预在门诊甲状腺功能亢进症(简称"甲亢")患者中的应用效果.方法:将76例门诊甲亢患者随机分为对照组和实验组各38例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上采用早期护理干预,护理干预后3个月比较两组患者对医嘱的依从性.结果:护理干预后3个月实验组患者对药物治疗、并发症观察、复诊、饮食、生活习惯、运动的知识了解更多,各指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对门诊甲亢患者给予早期护理干预有助于增进其对甲亢治疗的知识了解程度,进而提高临床治疗效果.

Observation on the effect of early nursing intervention in the outpatient treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism

Objective: To investigate the application effect of early nursing intervention in the outpatient treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods: 76 outpatient patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group(38 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and early nursing intervention was implemented in the experimental group based on the routine nursing care.The patient’s compliance with medical advice was compared between the two groups after nursing intervention for 3 months.Results: The patients acquired more knowledge about drug treatment,complications of the disease,return visit,diet,habits and customs,exercises after nursing intervention for 3 months;the difference in the comparison of each index was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The early nursing intervention in the outpatient treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism is helpful to enhancing patient’s awareness of the disease so as to improve the clinical treatment effect.
