| 摘 要： | 快速准确地诊断出结核分枝杆菌感染是控制和治疗结核病的前提和关键。多年来,结核杆菌的诊断技术在不断地发展和创新,近年来,一些针对结核杆菌检测的新方法陆续被报道,一些新型的诊断技术产品也陆续上市。本资料综述了结核杆菌的主要诊断方法,并对目前国际市场上广泛应用的商业化诊断技术产品进行了简要分析。

| Abstract: | Fast and accurate diagnosis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection is the key and prerequisite to control and treatment tuberculosis.For many years,the diagnostic techniques of Mycobacterium tuberculosis have been developing and innovating.In recent years,some new techniques for Mycobacterium tuberculosis detection were reported and some new diagnostic products have been listed.This paper reviewed the main diagnosis techniques of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,and analysed briefly the commercialized diagnostic products which are used widely in the international market now. |
