检测血清NT-proBNP及h-FABP水平在COPD患者中的临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨检测血清N末端B型钠尿肽原(NT-proBNP)及心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(h-FABP)水平在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的临床意义。方法分别采用电化学发光免疫分析(ECLLIA)法及双抗体夹心酶联免疫-步(ELISA)法,定量检测研究对象血清NT-proBNPh-FABP水平。结果COPD患者血清NT-proBNP及h-FABP水平均显著高于正常对照组(P〈0.01),且Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者血清NT-proBNP及h-FABP水平均显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者(P〈0.01);COPD患者血清NT-proBNP阳性率(47.3%)显著低于血清h-FABP的阳性率(71.3%)(P〈0.01),且两者具有相关一致性。结论COPD患者存在血清NT-proBNP及h-FABP水平增高,联合检测血清NT-proBNP及h-FABP水平可及时了解COPD患者早期心肌细胞损害及心脏功能情况,对指导治疗及改善预后具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical sinifieance of the measurement of serum NT- proBNP and h - FABP in patients with COPD. Methods The serum NT - proBNP and h - FABP level was detected with ELBA. Results serum NT - pmBNP and h - FABP level in Patients with COPD was significantly higher than normal control group(P 〈 0,01) ,with Ⅲ grade level IV serum NT- proBNP and h- FABP level in patients was significantly higher thanⅠ level Ⅱ level patients(P 〈 0.01) .Patients with COPD serum NT - proBNP(47.3% ) were significantly lower than serum h - FABP of positive(71.3% ) (P 〈 0.01 ), both have relevant consistency. Conclusions Patients with COPD there are serum NT - proBNP and h - FABP increased levels of, united detection serum NT- proBNP and h - FABP level can be informed of the pa- tients with COPD early myocardial injury and heart function, to guide treatment and improve the prognosis is very important.
