复方苦参注射液联合放化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效与安全性

目的探讨研究复方苦参注射液联合放化疗在治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌方面的临床疗效及安全性。方法 84例晚期NSCLC患者,随机平均分为两组,对照组给予紫杉醇联合卡铂化疗,研究组化疗方案同对照组,另外加用复方苦参注射液治疗。两组治疗2个周期后分别评价近期疗效、生存质量以及毒副反应,同时比较两组1年的生存率。结果研究组近期疗效好于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组毒副反应发生率显著低于对照组,生存质量显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组1年的生存率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于晚期NSCLC患者,在放化疗治疗的基础上加用复方苦参注射液可以提高临床疗效,同时能减轻化疗造成的不良反应,改善生存质量,延长患者生存期。

Clinical effect and safety of compound Kushen injection combined with radiation and chemotherapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of compound Kushen injection combined with radiation and chemotherapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 84 cases were divided into research group and the control group.The control group was treated with paclitaxel combined with card cisplatin chemotherapy.On the bases of the treatment,the research group was treated with compound Kushen injection. Results Short-term curative effect of research group were no significant differences (P > 0.05).Adverse reaction rate,survival quality,one year survival rate of research group was significantly higher than that of control group.There were significant differences between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Kushen injection combined with radiation and chemotherapy for patients with advanced NSCLC can improve the clinical curative effect,reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy,improve the living quality and prolong the patient survival.
