免疫系统指标在抑郁症不同病期中的研究

目的探讨免疫系统水平在抑郁症患者中的变化。方法采用汉密顿抑郁（HAMD）24项抑郁评定量表法。评定30例中度抑郁症病人和30例轻度抑郁症住院病人。30例正常人对照组。分别在治疗前检测免疫球蛋白IgA，IgG，IgM，和补体C3、C4水平。结果中度抑郁组与正常对照组比较：IgG；为（856．30±203．86、1089．95±220．90）IgM（84．83±38．21、143．38±52．52）经T检验分别是t=4．25、t=4．94。（P〈0．01）差异均有非常显著性。补体C3（117．02±13．66、105．54±17．29）经T检验t=2．85。（P〈0．05）。差异有显著性。轻度抑郁患者组与对正常对照组比较：IgG为（972．18±149．99、1089．95±220．90）和IgM（113．74±48．17、143．38±52．52））经T检验分别是t=2．42、t=2．28。（P〈0．05）。差异均有显著性。IgA和补体C4：（P〉0．05）均无差异。结论抑郁症患者病情与免疫系统功能有关。抑郁评定量表分数越高：IgG，IgM的浓度就越低，而补体C3的浓度会升高。

The study of immune system index in different disease stage of depression

Objective To explore the Levels of immune system change in depression. Method Hamilton Depression （HAMD） 24 depression rating scale was applied. Assessment： 30 patients with moderate depression, 30 patients with mild depression, and 30 normal as control group. Immunoglobulln IgA, IgG, IgM, and complement C3, CA levels were detected before treatment. Result In moderate depression group and normal control group ： the levels of IgG were 856.30±203.86 and 1089.95 ± 220.90, IgM were 84.83 ±38.21 and 143.38±52.52 by T- test （t= 4.25,t = 4.94. P〈 0.01） differences were very significant, complement C3：is（117.02 ±13.66,105.54 ±17.29）by T- test （t = 2.85. P〈 0.05） the differences were significant.there was a significant difference. Patients with mild depression group compared with the normal control group： IgG is （972.18± 149.99, 1089.95 ± 220.90） and IgM （ 113.74± 48.17, 143.38 ± 52.52） by T - test are （ t = 2. 42, t = 2.28 P 〈 0. 05）. Differences were signitleant. IgA and complement CA： （ P 〉 0. 05） did not differ significantly. Conclusion There was certain association between depression and immune system function. The higher Depression Rating Scale scores ： the lower IgG, IgM eoncentrations, and complement C3 concentration increased.
