长春瑞滨或培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效及毒副作用分析

目的分析长春瑞滨或者培美曲塞联合顺铂在治疗晚期肺腺癌方面的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法选择肿瘤科收治的64例晚期肺腺癌患者,随机平均分为2组,A组采用长春瑞滨加顺铂化疗,B组采用培美曲塞加顺铂化疗。化疗2个周期,若有效则继续化疗2个周期,评价临床疗效。结果 A组治疗的总有效率为40.7%,B组总有效率为43.8%。A组脉管炎发生率显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论培美曲塞与长春瑞滨联合顺铂在治疗晚期肺腺癌方面疗效一致,毒副作用小,可以作为一线化疗方案。

Clinical effect and side effects of vinorelbine or pemetrexed combined with cisplatin on advanced lung adenocarcinoma

Objective To study the clinical effect and side effects of vinorelbine or pemetrexed combined with cisplatin on advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods 64 cases were divided into two groups.Group A was treated with vinorelbine combined with cisplatin,group B was treated with pemetrexed combined with cisplatin.Results The total effective rate of group A was 40.7% and group B was 43.8%.Vasculitis incidence of group A was obviously higher than group B(P < 0.05).Conclusion Vinorelbine or pemetrexed combined with cisplatin all have exact clinical effects,which has small side effects.
