黄芪养心汤联合二磷酸果糖治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

目的探讨黄芪养心汤联合二磷酸果糖治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将68例病毒性心肌炎的患者随机分为两组,对照组采用二磷酸果糖治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用黄芪养心汤,比较两组治疗的临床效果。结果总有效率,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后,两组患者的血沉(ESR)、CK-MB以及CRP水平较之治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组CK-MB与CRP水平前后的变化较之对照组,差异也具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪养心汤联合二磷酸果糖可显著改善患者的心功能状态,是治疗病毒性心肌炎的有效方法。

Observation on the clinical effect of Huangqi Yangxintang combined with fructosediphosphate on viral myocarditis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Yangxintang combined with fructosediphosphate on viral myocarditis Methods 68 patients with viral myocarditis were selected and divided into two groups randomly.In control group,34 patients were treated by fructosediphosphate.In observation group,34 patients were treated by Huangqi Yangxintang combined with fructosediphosphate.The effects of the two methods were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group(91.2%) was higher than control group(67.6%)(P<0.05).Two weeks after treatments,the values of ESR,CK-MB and CRP in two groups reduced significantly(P<0.05).The variations of CK-MB and CRP in observation group were more significant than in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Treating viral myocarditis patients with Huangqi Yangxintang combined with fructosediphosphate can improve the heart function.It is a safe and effective method.
