| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨结肠透析联合中药灌肠辅助治疗慢性重型肝炎的临床疗效及护理方法.方法:对33例慢性重型肝炎患者在常规治疗的基础上实施结肠透析联合中药灌肠辅助治疗,并给予综合护理干预.结果:本组治疗后33例患者肝功能较治疗前有明显改善(P＜0.05).其中有效28例,无效5例,有效率为84.8%.结论:结肠透析联合中药灌肠辅助治疗可提高慢性重型肝炎患者的临床疗效,综合护理干预是患者康复的保证.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of colonic dialysis combined with adjuvant enema with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis and nursing methods.Methods:33 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were treated with colonic dialysis combined with adjuvant enema with TCM based on conventional treatment and were given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:All patients had obvious improvement in liver function after treatment(P<0.05).It was effective in 28 cases,ineffective in 5 cases and the effective rate was 84.8%.Conclusion:The colonic dialysis combined with adjuvant enema with TCM can improve the clinical curative effect and comprehensive nursing intervention is the key to patient’s rehabilitation in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis. |
