| 摘 要： | 92例原发性痛经患者随机分为推拿组 (62例 )和药物组 (30例 )。治疗 3个月经周期 ,共9次。结果 :推拿组痊愈 4 9例 ,好转 11例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 96.77% ,明显高于药物组的总有效率 (76.67% ) ,P <0 .0 5。提示推拿治疗痛经有较好疗效

Massage for Primary Dysmenorrhea in 62 Cases |

| Abstract: | Ninety-two cases of primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 62 cases were treated with massage and control group in which 30 cases were treated by oral Somiton,with a course of three menstrual cycles. Results:In treatment group,49 cases were cured,11 cases improved and 2 cases failed;the total effective rate was 96.77%,which was obviously higher than 76.67%in control group.It is revealed that massage has positive effects in treating dysmenorrhea. |
