摘    要:目的探讨高强度与低强度有氧训练对稳定期冠心病患者运动耐力的影响。方法将60例稳定期冠心病患者随机分为高强度有氧训练组20例、低强度有氧训练组20例、对照组20例。所有患者训练前后均进行心脏超声和心肺运动试验评估,有氧训练每周3次,共进行8周。结果有氧训练后,与对照组相比,心脏射血分数有所提高,但无统计学意义;但3组间有氧运动持续时间、峰值功率、氧脉搏及无氧阈值两两比较均有差异,高强度运动组明显增加。结论与低强度持续性有氧训练和对照组相比,高强度间歇有氧训练可以明显提高稳定期冠心病患者的运动耐力。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of high-intensity and low-intensity aerobic exercises on exercise endurance of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Sixty patients with CHD were divided into high-intensity(with 70 % of Peak Power) aerobic exercise group(n=20), low-intensity(with 50% of Peak Power) aerobic exercise group(n=20) and control group(n=20).All patients took the echocardiography and cardiopulmonary exercise test before and after training period.The period of aerobic exercise was 8 weeks,3 times every week.Results There was no significant difference of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in three groups after training.However,the difference value(before and after training) of the exercise endurance time,peak ower,oxygen pulse and anaerobic threshold(AT) in three groups were significant,and the values of high-intensity group improved more than the other two groups.Conclusion Compared with lower-intensity continuing aerobic exercise,high-intensity interval aerobic exercise can significantly improve the exercise endurance in patients with CHD.
