应用改良张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折

目的　探讨应用改良张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法　应用 2枚克氏针将解剖复位的髌骨上下贯穿固定后 ,另用 2枚钢丝分别将紧张克氏针固定 ,术后早期功能锻炼 ,随访 6～ 12个月。结果　所有骨折均解剖复位 ,并于 8周内临床愈合 ,膝关节功能优良率为 92 %。结论　改良张力带钢丝内固定治疗髌骨骨折确切可靠 ,疗效显著

Application of Internal Fixation Using Improved Tension Band and Steel Wire in Patellar Fracture

Objective To study the curative effect of internal fixation using improved tension band and steel wire in patellar fracture. Methods With 2 Kirschner pin to fix fracture patella after anatomic reduction, the adding 2 pieces of steel wires to fasten Kirschner pin steadily. Postoperatively rehabilitation was applied earlier and all cases were followed up for 6～12 months. Results All the fractures were approached anatomic reduction and skeletal cure in 8 weeks. the fine and good rate of knee function was 92%. Conclusion The internal fixation using improved tension band and steel wire could treat patellar fracture reliably and clinical curative effect were excellent.
