| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大细胞棘皮瘤的临床及组织病理学特点，方法：采用回顾性分析对9例大细胞棘皮瘤患者的临床及组织病理学资料进行分析。结果：大细胞棘皮瘤多发生于老年人头面部和四肢，多表现为浅褐色斑块，临床上与脂溢性角化病不易鉴别。组织病理学表现为棘层肥厚及细胞体积明显增大。在部分皮损周围可见到日光性黑子或脂溢性角化病样组织病理学改变，结论：大细胞棘皮瘤具有独特的组织病理学特征,与脂溢性角化病及日光性黑子密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical and histopathological features of large cell acanthoma. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 9 cases of large cell acanthoma was carried out. Results: The lesions of large cell acanthoma were mainly seen on the head and extremities of elderly patients. The lesions manifestated as brown plaques, clinically they were difficult to be differentiated from seborrheic keratosis. Histopathologically, acanthosis and hypertrophy of keratinocytes were found.
