| 摘 要： | 目的建立独一味颗粒含量测定方法。方法应用高效液相色谱法测定独一味颗粒含量。结果以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:350 nm;平均回收率:98.68%;RSD=1.50%。结论本方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,适用于本品的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for quality control of Duyiwei.Methods Duyiwei was determinated by HPLC.Results With methyl-0.4% phosphoric acid(50:50 v/v)as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the UV detective wavelength was 350 nm.The average recovery was 98.68%,and RSD was 1.50%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of Luteotin in Duyinei. |
