山西省不同产地中药材黄芪HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的对山西省不同产地的黄芪药材建立HPLC指纹图谱,评定各类黄芪中所含化学物质的含量。方法采用HPLC法,乙腈-水二元梯度洗脱;流速0.8mL/min;检测波长208nm。结果山西省各个产地的黄芪药材中所含黄芪甲苷等成分均得到很好的分离,根据指纹图谱总结出了各个产地黄芪药材的质量区别。结论该法简便、快捷,为黄芪药材的质量评价提供依据。

Abstract:Objective Establish different HPLC fingerprint for Radix Astragal from different parts of Shanxi Province; Estimate chemical substances contained in varied types of Astragalus. Methods HPLC,acetonitrile-water binary gradient elution; flow rate of 0. 8mL/min; detection wavelength 208nm. Results The ingredients of Astragaloside and so on contained in the astragalus from different parts of Shanxi Province were well separated. According to the fingerprint,the quality differences of Radix Astragali from each origin were revealed. Conclusion The method is simple and convenient,which provides the basis for the quality assessment of astragalus herbs.
