多发性神经纤维瘤的X线诊断

目的 提高对多发性神经纤维瘤的诊断水平。方法 报告3家族12例病人，并对所有病人均进行胸部、四肢透视，其中5例病人选择性拍摄了头颅、胸片、脊柱、四肢及骨盆片。结果 脊柱侧弯、椎管增宽、椎间孔扩大，椎体后缘弧形压迹3例；肋间隙增宽、变窄、扭曲3例；骨盆发育不对称、倾斜、变形3例，其中1例合并双侧髋处骨软骨炎，髋关节半脱位；橡皮肿样改变2例。其中1例合并踝内翻畸形。结论 全面的临床检查、透视及局部拍片对诊断多发性神经纤维可提供可靠依据。

X-ray Diagnosis of Frepuentyl-Occurring neurfibroma

Objectives To improve ones level in the diagnosis of frenquently occurring nerve - fibroma.Methods Report from 3 family (or 12 patients )based on the resucts of their perspective in chest and the four limbs , in which 5 patients were close to be take a picture of their head, brestbone , spine , four limbs and pelvis.Results Three patients have the signal of: the spine curved to one side, vertebra tube relaxed in width, intervertebral hole expanded, and have the parentheses shape signal by pressure in the end vertebra. Three patients :the space between ribs increased , decreased or curled. Three patients: dysplasia in pelvis not on balance and become deformed. One patient: both ofeach, has soft bone inflammation .Two patients : rubber-swelling changed. One pationt : have the deformity in the consolidated ankle.Conclusions It can supply a reliable basis for the diagnosis of frequently - occurring nerve fibroma through complete clinical examination , X-ray porspeetive and the photos of parts .
