以眩晕为首发症状脑梗死19例临床分析

目的探讨以眩晕为首发症状脑梗死的临床及影像学特点。方法收集2011年1月至2012年10月我院神经内科收治的以眩晕为首发症状脑梗死的临床资料,与同时期无眩晕症状脑梗死对照,前者称眩晕组,后者为对照组,比较两组人口统计学、血管危险因素、临床和影像学特征。结果眩晕组脑梗死患者年龄、性别、血管危险因素与无眩晕组脑梗死差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。眩晕组脑梗死部位多位于后循环,常伴随多种神经受损的症状和体征(P<0.05)。结论以眩晕颅首发症状的脑梗死多为后循环脑梗死,常伴随多种神经受损的症状和体征,单纯眩晕患者应早期完善头颅MRI或DSA检查。

Clinical analysis of cerebral infarction in patients with vertigo as the initial symptom

Objective To explore the clinical and imaging features of cerebral infarction presenting vertigo as the initial symptom.Methods Clinical data of patients with cerebral infarction presenting vertigo as the initial symptom who were admitted in 2011.01-2012.12 were collected.And those patients with cerebral infarction presenting without vertigo in the same period were divided into the control group.Demographics,vascular risk factors,clinical and imaging features were compared in both groups.Results There was no statistical difference of age,gender and vascular risk factors between the vertigo group and the control group(P>0.05).Patients with cerebral infarction presenting vertigo as the initial symptom were usually posterior circulation cerebral infarction,often associated with a variety of neurological symptoms and signs(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction presenting vertigo as the initial symptom are usually posterior circulation cerebral infarction,often associated with a variety of neurological symptoms and signs.Patients with isolated vertigo should be early perfect head MRI or DSA.
