| 摘 要： | 胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)是一种具有胰岛素样作用,可促进细胞生长、发育,参与机体多种生理、病理过程的多肽类因子。已证实IGF-1与2型糖尿病(T2DM)胰岛素抵抗关系密切,IGF-1水平能反映胰岛素抵抗的严重程度;伴有胰岛素抵抗的T2DM在给予IGF-1后,胰岛素敏感性有所增强。有学者将IGF-1用于糖尿病与胰岛素抵抗的治疗取得了比较好的临床效果,为糖尿病的治疗提供了广阔的前景。

| Abstract: | The insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)is a polypeptide factor that has insulin-like effect.It can promote cell growth and development,and participate in multiple physiological and pathological processes.It has been confirmed that IGF-1 has close relationship with the insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),The IGF-1 levels can reflect the severity of insulin resistance;T2DM accompanied by insulin resistance could increase insulin sensitivity when given IGF-1.Some researchers use IGF-1 for the treatment of diabetes and insulin resistance and achieve relatively good clinical results,this provides a broad prospect of diabetes treatment. |
