社区老年管理服务需求评估的研究

目的了解社区现有老年管理服务项目情况并进行评估,为社区老年管理提供信息和依据。方法采用随机抽样对社区60岁以上395例老人进行问卷调查。结果社区老年高血压、冠心病、白内障、糖尿病患病率分别为37.26%、24.67%、19.29%、16.07%。69.36%的老人患有1种以上慢性病。独居老人及80岁以上老年人较同组其他老人服务需求高（P〈0.05）。老人期望的社区老年管理需求与现有项目存在反差。老年人最需要的社区卫生服务包括临床诊疗、健康教育、上门诊疗、定期体检和家庭病床。结论老年人对社区管理服务的需求越来越高,应健全社区服务网络,针对不同需求,提供相应的老年管理服务。

Assessment of needs of managerial service by the elderly in the community

Objective To understand the status of management and health service for the elderly in community and provide basis for community management. Methods There 395 elderlies over the age of 60 were randomly selected in the community survey with questionaire. The results were analyzed. Results The incedence of hypertension, coronary heart disease, cataract and diabetes were 37.26%, 24.67%, 19.29%, 16.07%, respectively. About . 69.36% of the elderly suffered from one or more than one kind of chronic diseases. Theneed of health service of the single elderly and those over the age of 80 years was high that those of other age groups, showing significantly statistical differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The present service couyld meet the actual needs of the eelderly.. The current needs of the elderly were clinical diagnosis and treatment, health education, home visit service, regular health check -ups and home bed. Conclusion The current community health service can not meet the needs of the elderly and efforts including establishment of community health service network, adding more health service, etc, be made for improve the cervice offered to the elderly.
