血清GP73在各种恶性肿瘤患者中表达水平的比较

【目的】探讨血清高尔基体糖蛋白73（GP73）在各种恶性肿瘤患者血清中表达水平的差异。【方法】采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测消化系统恶性肿瘤91例、呼吸系统恶性肿瘤78例、生殖系统恶性肿瘤52例、泌尿系统恶性肿瘤10例、乳腺癌21例共252例恶性肿瘤患者及50例健康人血清中GP73水平。【结果】①GP73在消化系统恶性肿瘤中的表达水平（M=77．3μg／L）显著高于其他各组（P〈O．01）。其中肝癌组的GP73水平（M=159．6／xg／L）显著高于其他各组（P〈0．05）。②呼吸系统肿瘤中肺癌组血清GP73水平（M=58．2μg／L）高于其他各组（P〈0．05）。③肝癌组GP73水平明显高于肺癌组（P〈0．05），其他恶性肿瘤组与正常对照组（M=46．2μg／L）比较血清GP73浓度差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。【结论】GP73在肝癌患者中的表达水平显著升高，肺癌组中血清GP73水平虽高于正常对照组，但远低于肝癌患者，血清GP73有可能成为肝癌较好的血清诊断标志物。

Comparison of Serum Levels of GP73 in Various Malignant Tumors

Objective]To explore the difference of serum Golgi protein 73 （GP73） in patients with various malignant tumors. Methods] ELISA was used to detect serum GP73 in 252 patients with malignant tumors patients including 91 patients with digestive tract cancer, 78 patients with respiratory system malignant tumors, 52 patients with reproductive system malignant tumors, 10 patients with？ urinary system malignant tumors and 21 breast cancer and 50 healthy people. Results]The expression level of GP73 in digestive tract cancer was 77.3μg/L, which was significantly higher than that in other groups（ P〈0.05）. The expression level of GP73 in liver cancer group was 159.6 μg/L, which was significant higher than that in other groups（ P （0.05）. Serum GP73 in lung cancer was 58.2μg/L, which was higher than that in other groups（P〈0.05）. The expression level of GP73 in liver cancer group was obviously higher than that in lung cancer group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in serum GP73 between other malignant tumor groups and healthy control group（46.2 μg/L）（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion]The expression level of GP73 in liver cancer increases markedly. Serum GP73 in lung cancer group is higher than that in control group, but very lower than that in liver cancer patients. Serum GP73 may be used as a better serum marker for live cancer.
