冠心病疾病不确定感与自护依从性的相关性分析

[目的]探讨冠心病病人疾病感知与自护依从性的相关性，为采取有效的个体化护理干预、促进疾病康复提供循证基础。[方法]采用Mishel疾病不确定感量表对70例冠心病病人进行评估，观察病人3个月内自护行为的相关指标。[结果]疾病不确定感得分越高，戒烟及运动依从性越低；服药依从性与疾病不确定感无明显相关性。[结论]冠心病病人疾病不确定感会影响其自护依从性，临床中应采用以问题为中心的护理干预，实施个体化健康教育采增强病人疾病知识并加强随访，降低疾病不确定感，从而提高自我护理能力促进疾病康复。

Analysis on correlation between coronary heart disease uncertainty and self- care compliance

Objective：To probe into the correlation between disease perception of patients with coronary heart disease and self- care compliance, so as to provide evidence- based foundation for taking effective individualized nursing intervention to promote disease rehabilitation. Methods： A total of 70 patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） were evaluated by using Mishel disease uncertainty scale, and then to observe the related indexes of self- care behavior of patients in three months. Results：The higher score in Mishel disease uncertainty scale was,the worse compliance of smoking cessation and exercise was~ and there is no correlation between disease uncertainty and medication compliance. Conclusion. The disease uncertainty of patients with coronary heart disease would affect their self - care compliance, so problem - centered nursing inter- ventions should be used in the clinic,the in dividualized health education should be carried out to enhance patients＇ knowledge of disease and the follow - up should be strengthened, so as to reduce the disease uncertainty of patients, thereby to enhance the self - care and promote disease rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease.
