颈动脉粥样硬化与相关危险因素研究

目的探讨朝阳区太阳宫社区50岁以上人群颈动脉粥样硬化形成与相关危险因素的关系。方法采取整群抽样调查方法选取本市434例居民行颈动脉超声检查，根据超声检查结果分为斑块组（202例）和对照组（232例）。每个居民都详细询问有无高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、冠心病史等，并进行统计学分析。结果单因素分析显示，两组间性别、年龄、文化程度、高血压、冠心病、腰围、体重指数（BMI）差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示：年龄、文化程度、性别及高血压与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成有关（P〈0．05）。结论在社区内开展颈动脉超声硬化相关危险因素筛查及干预，对脑卒中的预防和控制有重要意义。

The study of the relationship between carotid artery artherosclerosis and its risk factors

Objective To investigate the risk factors related to the carotid plaque in people over the age of 50 years in Taiyanggong area of Chaoyang district. Methods A group sample survey of 434 cases of city eligible residents received carotid artery ultrasonograpy examination, and the residents were divided into carotid plaque group and control group by the results of carotid ultrasonography. We compared the levels of some possible risk factors including： hypertension, diabetes and serum lipids between the two groups. Muhiva riate regression analysis was performed to determine the risk factors for carotid plaque. Results The mean age, the mean systolic blood pressure, the mean waist, the mean body mass index （BMI） , the incidences of hypertension and coronary heart disease were significantly higher in the carotid plaque group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Logistic regression analysis showed that age, sex, education and the incidence of hypertension were associated with carotid plaque （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions It is important to establish screening and intervention system of carotid artery artheroselerosis to prevent and control high risks of stroke in community.
