摘    要:目的:比较尿路造口袋与普通换药法在切口渗液中的护理效果。方法:将32例切口渗液病人随机分为观察组和对照组各16例,观察组使用尿路造口袋粘贴切口,造口袋外接引流袋处理渗液;对照组使用常规换药方法处理切口。观察两组病人切口周围皮炎的发生率、每天切口护理次数和每次护理时间及病人的舒适度。结果:两组病人切口周围皮炎的发生率、每天切口护理次数和每次护理时间及病人的舒适度比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用尿路造口袋处理切口渗液,可降低切口周围皮炎的发生率,减少每天切口护理次数和时间,提高病人舒适度。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the urinary tract ostomy bag and ordinary dressings in wound exudate in the nursing effect. Methods :32 cases of wound exudate of patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 16 cases in each group ,the observation group used for urinary tract ostomy bag paste incision ,ostomy external drainage bag processing liquid. The control group used conventional treatment of incisional dressing change method. The two groups were observed around the incision dermatitis incidence,every incision nursing frequency and amount of nursing time and patient's comfort. Results: The two groups of patients around the incision dermatitis incidence, every incision nursing frequency and amount of nursing time and patient's comfort were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:The use of urinary tract ostomy wound exudate, can reduce the incision around dermati- tis incidence, the day to reduce incision nursing frequency and time, improve patients' comfort.
