| 摘 要： | 54例确诊为冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为单硝酸异山梨酯(丽珠欣乐)治疗组,二硝酸异山梨酯(消心痛)对照组,观察疗效及副作用.结果:两组药物控制心绞痛症状的总有效率均为100%,显效率和有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05),对肝肾功能和代谢均无显著影响.副作用主要为头痛,丽珠欣乐组较少发生.结论:硝酸酯类药物是治疗缺血性心脏病的首选药物,丽珠欣乐与消心痛的近期临床疗效相似,不明显影响机体代谢,常见副作用为头痛,丽珠欣乐较少发生.

| Abstract: | 54 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were randomly divided into isosorbide mononitrate group (the therapeutic group) and isosorbide dinitrate (the control group). The curative effect and the side effects were observed. It was showed that the total effective rate was 100% in every group. There was no significant difference between the effectual rate and the effective rate (P>0. 05). Neither of the drugs had remarkable effects on renal function and the metabolism. It is concluded that the nitrate drugs are the best for the treatment of ischemic heart disease and the two drugs are similar in short- term effects and have no effects on the metabolism. Among the common side effects is headache. Less headache occurs in isosorbide mononitrate group. |
