| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用通用重建带微创治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法对利用通用重建带经皮微创治疗锁骨中段骨折的51例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，评价患者骨折愈合情况，包括x线检查和功能恢复情况，观察是否存在并发症。结果51例患者随访时间为3—30个月，平均18．3个月。经X线片证实，51例全部愈合，时间为2～4个月，平均2．8个月；其中有2例出现骨折近端螺钉松动。随访终点，患者未出现骨不连和感染等不良并发症；皮肤切口短小且愈合良好；肩关节功能恢复良好。结论通用重建带微创固定技术是一种安全、有效、切口美观、并发症少的治疗锁骨中段骨折的方法。
