文拉法辛与氟西汀治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的探讨文拉法辛与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将70例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，每组35例，研究组口服文拉法辛治疗，对照组口服氟西汀治疗，观察6w。于治疗前及治疗1w、2w、4w、6w末采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果研究组总有效率为97．14％，对照组为94．29％，两组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；治疗后两组汉密顿抑郁量表总分均较治疗前有显著下降，但研究组治疗1w、2w末较对照组下降更显著（P〈0．01），其他时点评分均无显著性差异（P均〉0．05）；两组不良反应均轻微，发生率及副反应量表评分均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论文拉法辛与氟西汀治疗抑郁症疗效显著，总体疗效相当，且不良反应轻微，安全性高，依从性好；但文拉法辛起效可快．

A control study of venlafaxine vs fluoxetine in the treatment of depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of venlafaxine vs fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods 70 depression patients were randomly divided into two groups of 35 ones each, research group took orally venlafaxine and control group did fluoxetine for 6 weeks. Clinical efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) before treatment and at the end of the 1st,2nd,4th and 6th week.Results Total effective rate was respectively 97.14% in the research and 94.29% in the control group,which showed no significant difference(P>0.05); after treatment, HAMD total scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment, so did in the research than in the control group at the end of the 1st and 2nd week(P<0.01), and there were no significant differences at other timepoints(all P>0.05);adverse reactions of both groups were mild and there were no significant difference in incidences and TESS scores(P>0.05). Conclusion Both venlafaxine and fluoxetine have an evident effect in depression,their global efficacy are equivalent,adverse reactions mild and compliances better,but the former takes effects faster.
