| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药内服外熏治疗跟痛症的疗效和不良反应。方法:80例跟痛症病人按1:1随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组服中药煎剂每日1剂,分2次服,每晚临睡前用此中药再熏洗足跟30min;对照组服双氯芬酸75mg,每日1次,疗程4周。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90%、77%,两组差异有显著意义(P0.05)。不良反应治疗组9%,对照组30%。结论:中药内服外熏对跟痛症的治疗疗效好而且安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical effects and adverse reaction of TCM in treating calcaneodynia.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=40) and the control group (n=40).The treatment group took TCM decoction,one per day,taken twice,and smoked heel for 30 minutes every night.The control group was given diclofenac (75mg) once every day for 4 weeks.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 77% with significant difference (P<0.05).Adverse reaction in the treatment group and the control group was 9% and 30%.Conclusion:The TCM is effective and safe in treating calcaneodynia. |
