52例新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的护理体会

目的:探究新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的护理方法及护理效果.方法:选取我院2008年1月至2011年10月间收治的52例新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组27例给予常规护理方法,实验组25例给予优质护理服务,对比分析两组的护理效果.结果:对照组患者满意度为69.35%,治愈率为72.41%,并发症发生率为22.16%,平均住院时间为27天;观察组患者满意度为96.33%,总有效率为97.28%,并发症发生率为3.21%,平均住院时间为18天;两组具有明显差异,实验组护理效果明显高于对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:给予新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎患者优质护理服务,能够有效减少患儿痛苦,促进其速度康复,提高护理满意度,治愈率显著,值得临床推广应用.

Nursing Expenrence of Neonatal Necrotizing Enterocolitis in 52 Cases

Objective:To explore the neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis methods of care and nursing effect.Methods:in our hospital from January 2008 to October 2011 were treated 52 cases of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis in children for the study were randomly divided into two groups,control group of 27 patients given conventional care methods,the experimental group 25 cases to give quality care,comparative analysis of two groups of care effect.Results:Patient satisfaction results for the control group,69.35%,72.41% cure rate,complication rate was 22.16%,the average length of stay is 27 days;the observation group were satisfied to 96.33%,total effective rate was 97.28%,complications rate of 3.21%,the average length of stay was 18 days;the two groups were significant differences in the experimental group was significantly higher nursing effect,compared with a statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis give quality care patients can effectively reduce the suffering of children,promote their speed recovery and improve nursing satisfaction,the cure rate is significant,worthy of clinical application.
