穴位按摩治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床研究

目的:观察穴位按摩对糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的DPN患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组予穴位按摩治疗;对照组口服弥可保(甲钴胺)治疗。对患者的症状、神经传导速度及波幅进行观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组患者的糖尿病神经系统症状改善明显,对神经传导速度及波幅有明显的改善作用。治疗过程中未见明显的不良反应。结论:穴位按摩可明显提高DPN临床疗效。

Clinical research on treating DPN by point massage

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on treating DPN by point massage.Methods:60 patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) ,treatment group was treated by massage therapy;control group was treated with methylcobalamin(Methylcobalamin) .Symptoms,nerve conduction velocity and amplitude were observed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of control group was 63.3%,the effect of treatment group was better(P<0.05) .Diabetes patients treated with neurological symptoms improved significantly,and significant improvements in nerve conduction velocity and amplitude.The course of treatment has no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:Massage can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of DPN.
