几种少见类型脑膜瘤的CT分析

目的 探讨颅内几种少见类型脑膜瘤的CT表现特征。资料与方法 18例颅内几种少见类型脑膜瘤术前均行CT检查并经手术后病理证实，其中CT平扫4例，增强扫描4例，平扫加增强扫描10例。结果 18例中，囊性脑膜瘤11例，恶性脑膜瘤5例，多发脑膜瘤1例。肿瘤位于幕上17例，幕下1例。术前CT诊断正确10例，误诊8例。结论 颅内几种少见类型脑膜瘤术前CT扫描易被误诊，综合分析各自的CT特征，有助于诊断与鉴别诊断。

CT Analysis of a Few Types of Intracranial Meningioma

Objective To evaluate CT findings of a few types of intracranial meningioma. Materials and Methods 18 patients with a few types of meningioma proved by surgery and pathology were performed CT scanning preoperatively, plain CT scan was obtained in 4 cases, contrast CT scan in 4 cases, plain and contrast CT scan in 10 cases. Results Among the 18 cases with a few types of meningiomas, 10 cases were cystic meningioma, 6 cases were malignant meningioma, 1 case was multiple meningioma. 17 cases of meningioma were located in supratentoria, 1 case of meningioma in infratentoria. CT diagnosis was correct in 10 cases, 8 cases were misdiagnoscd by CT preoperatively. Conclusion A few types of intracranial meningioma are easy to be misdiagnoscd with CT scanning preoperatively, characteristics of CT should be analyzed comprehensively, which is helpful to diagnosis and its differential diagnosis.
