临床检验基础课程综合性实验的改革与探索

摘    要:目的探索一种学生主动参与的半开放式实验教学模式,以培养学生的综合素质和创新能力,进一步促进教学改革。方法将129名学生分为实验组和对照组,实验组64人,对照组65人。对同一实验内容,实验组采用综合性实验教学方式,对照组采用传统实验教学方式。结果用同样的考核方法对两组学生进行评价,实验组学生的各项成绩优于对照组学生。结论综合性实验教学比传统实验教学能够取得更好的教学效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore a haft-opening experimental teaching model to cultivate students'comprehensive quality and creative ability and accelerate teaching reform.Method 129 students were divided into experimental group and comparative group.There were 64 students in experimental group and 65 students in comparative group.Experimental group was taught by integrative experimental teaching.Comparative group was taught by traditional experimental teaching.Results All the students were evaluated by the same methods.The students in experimental group had gotten higher scores of all the tests than those in comparative group.Conclusions Integrative experimental teaching was superior to the traditional experimental teaching.
