精神科护士心理健康状况及应对方式的性别差异

目的：了解精神科护士心理健康状况及应对方式的性别差异。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和应对方式问卷对精神科护士男女各40例进行调查评定,对比分析精神科男护士和女护士SCL-90总分及各因子分和应对方式各因子分。结果：精神科女护士SCL-90总分及人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑因子分均低于男护士,差异有显著性（P〈0.05） 应对方式问卷中除合理化外各因子分男女护士存在显着性差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,其中,解决问题、求助因子分女护士高于男护士,幻想、自责、退避因子分女护士低于男护士。结论：精神科女护士心理健康状况及应对方式优于男护士。

Gender difference of mental health status and coping style in the psychiatric nursing staff

Objective： To explore the gender difference of the mental health status and coping style in the psychiatric nursing staff. Methods： 40 male psychiatric nurses and 40 female psychiatric nurses were tested with SCL--90 and coping style questionnaire. The total score and factor-scores of questionnaire about the male and female psychiatric nurses were compared. Results： The total scores, interpersonal sensitivity scores and anxiety depression factor scores of the female nurses were lower than that of the mate nurses, there was significant difference between the two group. In the survey of coping style, except rationality factor scores, the others were significantly difference between the male and female psychiatric nurses. The factor scores of problem-solving and recourse of female nurses were significantly higher than that of the male, and the scores of illusion, self-accusation, withdrawal were significantly lower than that of the male. Conclusion：The mental health status and the coping style of the female psychiatric nurses are better than the male nurses.
