扁桃体手术中止血方法的比较

目的比较扁桃体手术中4种止血方法对预防术后出血的效果。方法选择扁桃体手术患者共367例,分为4组,A组用棉球或纱球压迫止血252例,B组缝扎止血71例,C组电凝止血25例,D组可吸收止血纱布止血19例。观察4组患者的疗效情况。结果经统计学处理,4组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 4种方法对扁桃体手术止血均有较好的疗效,但各有侧重。

Comparison of Hemostatic Methods in Tonsillectomy

Objective To comparison the effect that four hemostatic methods in tonsillectomy to prevent hemorrhage.Methods 367 patients with tonsillectomy were divided into four groups.A group were 252 with Cotton or gauze conglomeration oppress,B group were 71 with sew up,C group were 25 with electricity knife thrombin,D group were 19 with absorbable hemostatic gauze.Results The statistic cluster analysis demonstrated that were no significant differences among the curative efficacy of four groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Four hemostatic methods all have good therapeutic effect in tonsillectomy,but each has emphasis.
