我院药品集中议价采购的管理实践

集中议价是国家卫生部推荐的规范药品采购行为的方法之一。在军区总医院这一级医院对全部在用的药品进行集中议价，是一种有益的探索。它既可以降低药价、减少药品费用支出，又可以有效地避免议价过的药品用量异常下降，同类未参加集中议价的药品用量畸形上升的现象。本文介绍了我院药品集中议价的方法、步骤及特点与成果。

Management and Practice of Concentrative Negotiation of Price for Drug Purchasing In Our Hospital

The concentrative negotiation of prices for purchasing drugs is one of the standard methods recommended by National Ministry of Health. The concentrative negotiation of the prices for being used drugs in the hospitals such as general hospital of military command is profitable exploration. It not only can reduce the price of drugs, the spendings on drugs of the hospital, but also avoid the unexpected decrease in using drugs, which have been negotiatedand prevent the abnormal increase in using drugs, which do not undergo negotiation of the prices.This paper introduced of the organization,procedures,features,features and primary results of the concentrative negotiation of drug price in our hospital.
