蓝萼香茶菜化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究蓝萼香茶菜的化学成分,为进一步研究其生物活性提供依据。方法利用硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化化合物,用波谱分析方法鉴定其结构。结果从蓝萼香茶菜叶中分离鉴定4个已知化合物。其中3个为对映贝壳杉烷类二萜:蓝萼香茶菜甲素(1),蓝萼香茶菜乙素(2),蓝萼香茶菜丙素(3);1个为黄酮甙类:藿香甙(4)。结论化合物4为首次从香茶菜属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the constituents and provide guidance for further investigation of bioactivity of Isodon japonica var. glaucocalyx. Methods Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods.Results Four known compounds were isolated and identified from the leaves of Isodon japonica var. glaucocalyx. Three of them were ent-kaurane diterpenoids glaucocalyxin A (1), glaucocalyxin B (2), glaucocalyxin C (3) and the other one was flavonoid agastachoside (4). Conclusion The agastachoside is separated from genus Isodon for the first time.
