精神分裂症住院患者抗精神病药使用现状调查

目的探讨抗精神病药在精神分裂症住院患者中的使用现状．为临床合理用药提供帮助。方法对5年来在我院住院的474例精神分裂症、分裂样精神病患者应用抗精神病药物的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果利培酮使用率由1998年的22．39％上升到2002年的81.08％，氯氮平由1998年的76．47％下降到2002年的29．73％，氯丙嗪、舒必利、奋乃静也有明显下降；单一用药由1998年的63．24％上升到2002年的72．07％；两种药物联用占25．53％，3种联用占3．16％；联合用药由1998年的36．76％下降至2002年的28．83％；2000年前氯氮平与舒必利联用最多，2000年后利培酮与氯氮平联用最多。结论新型抗精神病药物在临床替代传统药物的速度明显加快，且逐渐趋于单一化用药。

Investigations of present using situation of antipsychotics in schizophrenia

Objective To explore present using situation of antipsychotics in schizophrenia in order to provide helps for clinical rational medication. Methods Clinical data of using antipsychotics in 474 patients with schizophrenia or schizophreniform psychosis hospitalized in our hospital over past 5 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results Using rate of risperidone rose from 22.39% in 1998 to 81.08% in 2002, that of clozapine fell from 76.47% to 29.73%, so did chlorpromazine, sulpiride and perphenazine; single-using rate rose from 63.24% in 1998 to 72.07% in 2002;combination of 2 drugs made up 25.53% and 3 did 3. 16%; combining rate fell from 36.76% in 1998 to 28.83% in 2002;before 2000 combination of clozapine and sulpiride was the commonest and after 2000 risperidone and clozapine. Conclusion Speed of newtype replacing traditional antipsychotics is much quick and medication tends to singularity.
